Why there’s no insurance

Insurance decides how long your appointment lasts and how often you’re seen. Membership removes that. You get unhurried appointments, the same provider each time, and answers between visits — without a claim in the middle of it.

Your membership is reimbursable through FSA, HSA and HRA accounts, and for patients who itemize medical expenses it may be tax deductible. Check with your tax advisor.

How care is delivered

All care is delivered remotely by secure video consultation. Same-day or next-day appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm PST. Membership begins when your first payment is processed and continues month to month until cancelled.
